SunEnergy Europe GmbH (LLC) was founded in 2001 by Dr. Hartwig Westphalen with just a handful of close friends. Since then, the firm has quickly expanded across Europe, entering the French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Greek, Bulgarian and Turkish markets. Situated in the heart of the northern city of Hamburg, Germany, SunEnergy Europe today has a working staff of over 30 employees and is strengthening its capacity to execute ever larger projects and expand into developing markets such as India, Israel and North America.
