As an energy contractor, SunEnergy Europe installs solar installations on a roof area provided by the owner of a building. In return, the roof owner will receive electricity at a fixed rate for 20 years directly from our plant.

SunEnergy Europe buys and leases surfaces that are suitable for solar power generation. These could be large farm or industrial roofs, or dedicated open expanses of land.  We plan, construct and operate power plants to the highest standard.
As a lessor, you will benefit from one of the following models:

• Disbursement of yearly rental yield
• One-off payment of reduced rental yield throughout the repayment period
• Stake in the yearly plant yield
