Our longstanding experience in the international PV project business enables us to carry out quality testing and evaluations for the technologies and components to be used. SunEnergy Europe is therefore able to provide independent advice on the best choice of products for the contracting authority, ensuring that outstanding quality and performance are achieved for each component. We will control the quality of products, installation work and final performance in all realization phases with an adequate experienced staff. Moreover, all project phases will accompanied by an internationally recognized third party expert institute (TÜV Rheinland). The module quality is the key factor to ensure a constant energy production of the whole power plant. SunEnergy Europe proposes a module quality system to minimize the risk of power degradation and avoid installation of modules which show critical content of e.g. microcracks.

The project sponsor is free to stipulate the contract structure, pricing and warranty conditions. Acting as an intermediate mentor, SunEnergy Europe assumes responsibility for all planning services and construction consultancy. We can also support our clients with complaints processes in the event of warranty claims.

To ensure project realization within the presented time schedule and cost structure, SunEnergy Europe has examined the respective requirements with the currently proposed partners. In order to keep the project within schedule and in his budget, SunEnergy Europe will take the following actions in her role as a project administrator:
- Proposal of able and potent partners for the planned project (products, installation, services etc.)
- Technical support of the owner in defining subcontractor contracts to reach defined milestones (check of feasibility, definition of intermediate milestones, definition of adequate penalties)
- Daily control of performance of subcontractors
- Weekly update to the owner about project status
- Weekly progress meeting with key personnel of all relevant subcontractors
- Definition of a condensed project chronogram and/or countermeasures in case of a failure to reach an intermediate milestone
- Implementation of a cost control system
