Record Performance in Meldorf
Despite a generally poor level of solar impact in Germany in 2010, solar power park Meldorf has exceeded all expectations by far. "The annual yield was calculated to be 954 kWp/kWh - in fact, the figure for 2010 is at 1101 kWp/kWh, which is far better than we expected", quality manager Rolf Danker says, smiling. With a capactiy of 7.65 MWp, solar power park Meldorf is Schleswig-Holstein’s largest municipal solar project, and one of the most powerful projects in Northern Germany.
