Fukushima Statement

At SunEnergy the entire team is deeply concerned about the situation in the nuclear power plant of Fukushima. Our sympathy goes to the victims of the calamity and their families. The late events in a highly industrialized country such as Japan clearly demonstrate the fatal consequences of a genuinely unrulable technology  - consequences that high security standards cannot prevent from happening.
We believe that energy production and consumption must be friendly to the climate and friendly to the people at the same time. Climate change due to carbon dioxide emission or nuclear waste that we still have not managed to store securely show us that our “cheap” energy production of the past confronts us with huge problems and costs today.
This is why we feel the responsibility to work on a future based on renewable energy. We at SunEnergy are convinced: it is possible – already now! We put all our effort in a new era of energy production: locally, nationally, and all over the world – together with you as our customer and partner.
