Die wichtigsten Änderungen des EEG im Überblick

Am 1.8.2014 tritt voraussichtlich die überarbeitete Novelle des Erneuerbare Energien Gesetzes (EEG) in Kraft. Das über 300 Seiten starke und eilig verabschiedete Regelwerk löste in den vergangenen Wochen kontroverse Diskussionen in Wirtschaft und Politik aus. Sofern der Bundesrat am kommenden Freitag zustimmt, kann das Gesetz fristgerecht verabschiedet werden.

Für Betreiber von Photovoltaikanlagen ändert sich künftig Einiges. Beispielsweise erhalten PV-Anlagen über 500kWp keine Einspeisevergütung mehr, sondern unterliegen der Direktvermarktung. Des Weiteren fallen das Marktintegrationsmodell und die Managementprämie weg. Und der Eigenverbrauch von Solarstrom wird künftig mit einer EEG-Umlage belastet.

Der Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft (BSW) hat die wichtigsten Änderungen der EEG-Novelle in einer Übersicht zusammengefasst.

Die Vergütungssätze ab dem 1.8.2014 hat der BSW ebenfalls online gestellt.
