Meisterfeier der Solarbundesliga
Dr. Hartwig Westphalen hält eine Laudatio bei der Meisterfeier der Solarbundesliga in Kronprinzenkoog.
Am letzten Juni-Wochenende wurden in Kronprinzenkoog an der schleswig-holsteinischen Nordseeküste die Sieger der Solarbundesliga gekürt. Zum elften Mal wetteifern bundesweit Kommunen um den Titel "Solarstadt". Ausschlaggebend für den Meistertitel ist die höchste Pro-Kopf-Dichte von thermischen und photovoltaischen Solaranlagen. Kronprinzenkoog richtete als erfolgreiche Solargemeinde die diesjährigen Feierlichkeiten mit einem bunten Rahmenprogramm aus.
SunEnergy Europe als Hauptsponsor der Solarbundesliga freute sich, die Verleihung der Urkunden als Laudator begleiten zu dürfen. Der Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens, Dr. Hartwig Westphalen, betonte in seiner Ansprache die Vorreiterrolle der Kommunen auf dem Weg in ein neues Energiezeitalter: "Dass sich bereits so viele Städte in Sachen Solarenergie stark machen, ist großartig. Das zeigt: eine Energiewende ist möglich - auf kommunaler, regionaler und bundesweiter Ebene. Es geht und es lohnt sich!"
