Investition in Photovoltaik-Anlagen in Norddeutschland- Zusammenarbeit mit renommierten Fach- und Projektpartnern
- Emissionskapitel von bis zu 5,4 Millionen Euro geplant
- Erste Zielinvestition ist der zukünftig größte Solarpark Norddeutschlands, Solarpark Meldorf, mit 7,65 MWp Gesamtleistung – langfristige Finanzierungszusage liegt vor
- Prognostizierte Laufzeit ca. 20 Jahre (bis zum 31. Dezember 2030)
- Mindestbeteiligung 10.000 Euro – höhere Summen müssen durch 1.000 Euro teilbar sein – Agio in Höhe von 3 %
- Prognostizierte hohe anfängliche Auszahlungen von ca. 10 % in 2010 durch tilgungsfreies Jahr – anschließend von 7 % bis 24 % ansteigend – halbjährliche Auszahlungen geplant
- Konservative Kalkulation – Degradation von 0,2 % bis 2020 und 0,3 % ab 2021
- Steuerfreie Ausschüttungen bis 2021
- Prognostizierte Gesamtausschüttungen von 204 % – keine Verkaufserlöse kalkuliert
- Stabile Einnahmen durch langfristige rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen auf Basis des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG)
- Frühzeichnerbonus von 8 % für Einzahlungen bis Ende Mai 2010
- Bürgerbonus: Für alle Bewohner von Meldorf und umliegender Orte gilt eine Mindestbeteiligung von 5.000 €. Die Bürger der Region erhalten Vorzugskonditionen (kein Agio).
